the location was excellent near the central train and bus stations. a shopping mall was very close offering options to grab food or buy essentials. i liked the air conditioning it worked effectively ensuring a comfortable room temperature.
the room was not cleaned and towels were not exchanged as often as i would have liked this should be mentioned in advance to avoid any misunderstanding i found this inconvenient

the hotel is near the main train station it is a short walk the staff was very helpful with early check-in i could leave my bags i enjoyed my day bag-free the breakfast included many different choices
the room lacked a mini fridge this was slightly inconvenient for storing drinks and snacks

The location was very convenient for getting around. I got a free bus pass and the main station was very close, maybe a 5-minute walk.
My room wasn't cleaned or towels exchanged for three days. This was only mentioned upon arrival, I was overlooked during the explanation.
